Blogs start. I watch what I'm thinking; kind of like watching what you eat. It seems to be good for the stress levels. Also leads to all kinds of provocative questions: when is it ok not to "be in the moment"? What about all that "disappearing" I was taught to do in music school? Is that not ok now, because it isn't "mindful" enough"? But also: it's been really fascinating to notice what I'm thinking. Hey, it's my mind, why not clean it out every once in a while, like dusting?
